In the last month, I bought more tea than any other drink, started sleeping earlier, and stopped buying myself sweets or candy at all.
In the last week or two, I have entire cut myself off from soda, energy drinks, almost ANY sort of junk or fast food,
and starting buying breakfast and lunch for the week on paydays so I’m not tempted to buy anything other than the healthy food I bought ahead of time.
Also, no more deli food at work or drink samples (because Starbucks drinks are just too fucking sugary), and I’m only allowed to smoke one cigarette every once in a while if someone else offers one (no buying them).
I’m really proud of myself for getting this serious about being healthier and losing weight digknsdgkdnssg.
